Made to Order Items Because items like my crewnecks and shirts are made specifically for you, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please double check sizing and details before ordering
Stickers & Other Items Due to the nature of my small handmade business, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges on stickers or subscription box items
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at lfta@lovefromtheattic.com with a photo of the issue. I'll make it right with a replacement or store credit
Lost Packages
- For tracked shipments: if your package is lost in transit, please reach out and I'll do my best to help
- For Snail Mail (letter mail): I am unable to take responsibility for lost untracked packages. I recommend choosing Standard Shipping for peace of mind, unless you're subscribing to monthly snail mail
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun and I am unable to cancel
