Subscription Snail Mails (the monthly snail mail) You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations made after a billing date has processed will take effect for the following billing cycle. I am unable to issue refunds for already processed subscription charges

Made to Order Items Orders for made to order items (such as apparel) may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun and cancellation may not be possible
